The verdict
Tiimo turns your day into a colorful visual timeline, so time becomes something you can see instead of something that slips away. A focus timer counts down each task, widgets and Live Activities keep the next step in view, and the AI planner turns a brain dump into realistic steps with time estimates. It won iPhone App of the Year at the 2025 App Store Awards. The free version is limited, and Pro is needed for the web planner.
