Strengths and weaknesses
Zoho CRM
- Deep customization at a low price
- Useful free edition for very small teams
- Strong privacy policy with no ad business
- Busy interface with a steeper learning curve
- Customer support can be slow or uneven
Zoho CRM gives you deep customization for much less than the big enterprise names. Blueprint enforces your sales process, the Zia AI assistant predicts deals and suggests next steps, and it connects to many other Zoho apps for email, accounting and support. Zoho's stance of no ads and no selling customer data is a real plus. The downsides: the interface is busy, setup takes effort, and support quality varies.

Clinch
- Nothing to set up and no training needed
- Tracks what you earn on every sale
- Free with no account; data stays on your phone
- Built for one person, with no team sharing
- No email integration or automation
Clinch is a CRM for people who sell face to face and hate CRMs. You add a lead with what they want and the price, set a reminder to call, and tap Sold to see your commission. Lost sales come back as reminders months later. It has none of the pipelines, automation or team features of HubSpot or Pipedrive, but for a solo salesperson it is free, private and quick.
