Strong Workout Tracker review
A fast, no-nonsense gym log for serious lifters
- Strong Fitness Pte. Ltd.
- Free + paid plans
- iPhone & iPad, Android
Does it deserve #4?
The verdict
Strong is the veteran of workout logging and still one of the fastest. The interface stays out of your way: pick a routine, log sets, and let the rest timer and previous numbers guide you. Its Apple Watch app is excellent. The free version limits how many routines you can save, so regular users will want Strong PRO. There is no social feed, which some lifters will see as a plus.
- Minimal, fast set logging
- Apple Watch logging
- Plate calculator and rest timer
- Detailed lift history charts
