Does it deserve #3?
Is Fortnite worth it?
For most people, yes. Fortnite scores 8.4/10 and ranks #3 in Action & Shooter Games. It's best for friend groups who want one free game with shooting, building, music and party modes. Skip it if you have an older phone or want a game without an item shop. Price: Free to play; V-Bucks from $1.99, Fortnite Crew listed at $11.99 a month.
The verdict
Fortnite is less one game than a whole lineup: Battle Royale, Zero Build for people who can't build, fast Reload matches, LEGO Fortnite, Fortnite Festival and thousands of creator-made islands. It's back on both the App Store and Google Play, and you can squad up with friends on PC and console. What you buy is cosmetic. Touch aiming takes practice, and it's a big download that wants a fairly recent phone.
