Dia review
An AI browser for work, from the makers of Arc
- The Browser Company
- Free + paid plans
- Mac, Windows
Does it deserve #12?
Is Dia worth it?
For most people, yes. Dia scores 8.1/10 and ranks #12 in AI Assistants. It's best for office workers who juggle email, docs and meetings in the browser. Skip it if you want AI features in your browser without a monthly subscription. Price: Free browser has no AI; Better Answers is $10 a month and Better Days $100.
The verdict
Dia comes from the team behind Arc and puts an AI chat beside your tabs that can read what's open and pull in context from Slack, Notion and Teams. Its Morning Brief, meeting prep and deck building are aimed squarely at office work. Privacy is better than most AI browsers, with your data stored on your device. Since August 2026, though, new users get no AI on the free plan, and the Windows version is still young.
- Chat that reads your open tabs
- Morning Brief of your workday
- Connections to Slack, Notion and Teams
- Profiles for work and personal
- Split view and tab groups
- Built-in ad and tracker blocker
