Strengths and weaknesses
Suno
- Complete songs with vocals in seconds
- Free plan uses a full-length model
- Strong mobile apps on iPhone and Android
- Free songs can't be downloaded
- Paid downloads are capped each month
- Trains on your songs with no opt-out
Suno is still the easiest way to get a finished song, vocals and all, from a sentence. Its v6 models arrived in September 2026, built with licensed music from Warner, BMG and Believe, and make tracks up to eight minutes, while Studio 2.0 adds MIDI editing. The free plan's 50 daily credits run v6-mini, but free songs can't be downloaded, and Suno trains on what users create.

- Best-looking images straight out of the box
- Personalization learns your taste
- Unlimited Relax mode from Standard up
- No free plan or trial
- Images and prompts are public below Pro
- Web only, with no mobile app
Midjourney still makes the most striking images here, with a feel for light and composition that other models chase. V8.2 sharpened its aesthetics and personalization, a new thinking mode rechecks images against your prompt, and you can turn any image into a short video. There's no free plan, though, and below the $60 Pro tier everything you make, prompts included, shows up publicly.
