Hailuo is MiniMax's video app, and its July 2026 H3 model is the reason to look: clips up to 15 seconds in 2K, with stereo sound generated alongside the picture and editing driven by reference images, video or audio. The free plan is really just trial credits, and removing the watermark costs money, so plan on paying if you like it. There's an Android app but no US iPhone app.
